General cancellation policy
Dear Guest,
Please note that cancellation policy varies according to the type of room rate you have booked. Cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be communicated to you upon making a reservation and will be emailed to the corresponding email along with reservation confirmation letter after the reservation has been completed.
Non-refundable rate
This rate is pre-paid. It is non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking. No modifications are allowed.
You may cancel your reservation 24 hours after the reservation has been made. After this time, please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable.
Standard rate (May 1st – October 31st )
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 23:59 hotel´s time 12 (twelve) days prior to your booked arrival date. Kindly note that after this time your prepayment for this rate is non-refundable.
We will charge full payment to your credit card 14 (fourteen) days prior to your booked arrival date. If reservation is made for a date sooner than 14 (fourteen) days prior, the deposit will be due and processed upon confirmation.
Modifications are allowed for no charge before 23:59 hotel´s time 12 (twelve) days prior to your booked arrival date. Kindly note that after this time your prepayment for this rate is non-refundable.
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Standard rate (November 1st – April 30th )
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 23:59 hotel´s time 3 (three) days prior to your booked arrival date. Kindly note that after this time your prepayment for this rate is non-refundable.
We will charge full payment to your credit card 7 (seven) days prior to your booked arrival date. If reservation is made for a date sooner than 7 (seven) days prior, the deposit will be due and processed upon confirmation.
Modifications are allowed for no charge before 23:59 hotel´s time 3 (three) days prior to your booked arrival date. Kindly note that after this time your prepayment for this rate is non-refundable.

*Promotional rates and packaged rates
Different cancellation policy may apply to a promotional or packaged rate.
*Group reservations
